About MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND 2019

MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND 2019 will be held at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) in Bangkok, Thailand. More about the venue here.
10am – 6pm: 11 & 12 September 2019 (Wednesday and Thursday)
10am – 5pm: 13 September 2019 (Friday)

Last admission for visitors is half an hour before the event ends (5.30pm on 11 & 12 Sep and 4.30pm on 13 Sep).
Business attire is required. No person wearing shorts or slippers will be allowed admission.

The easiest ways to reach BITEC are by taxi or by BTS Sky train.

BITEC is located within 30 minutes by car from Suvarnabhumi International Airport. There are 3 well sign-posted entrances, entrance 1 and 2 from Bangna-Trad Road and entrance 3 from Sukhumvit Road, just off the expressway.

Visitors taking the BTS should take Exit 1 from Bang Na Station. The skywalk leads directly to BITEC.

Admission is FREE. All visitors are required to register their visit online or on-site during the exhibition.

We also have a Business Matching service for pre-registered visitors commencing late July.

Visitors should select their product interests while registering to receive a personalised Business Matching link. Emails will be sent to them within 1 week from registration from late July.

Visitor Registration

Online pre-registration will be available from March. You can subscribe to our mailing list to be updated on the latest news from MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND.
If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of registering, please check your Spam or Bulk E-Mail folder. You may also email visitmedicalfair@mda.com.sg for assistance.

Please email visitmedicalfair@mda.com.sg for assistance and include your registration ID and email used to register for this exhibition. Our staff will help to send a new registration confirmation email to you.

Please bring your new registration confirmation email for admission to MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND 2019.

Onsite registration is available during the exhibition. However, visitors are strongly encouraged to pre-register online for faster collection of admission badges.

By pre-registering, you also gain priority access to our business matching service that lets you schedule meetings with exhibitors before the event.

Visitors who pre-registered will get stand to win a smartwatch in our monthly lucky draws starting from May. Details will be available soon.

Visitors should only register once. The same visitor pass allows multiple admissions for all days of MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND.

Visa Applications

Please check this list of countries to know if you require a visa to enter Thailand.

Trade visitors will be responsible in processing the required documents for their entry to Thailand.

MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND can only provide a Letter of Introduction (LOI) to support your visa application. Please complete this form for assistance.

The Letter of Introduction will be emailed to you within 10 Singapore working days, subject to approval. All requests will only be processed between 1 July to 31 August 2019.

Your Letter of Introduction for MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND will be emailed to you. Please note that postage charges will be borne by you for requested hard copies.
Your visa application letter should state that you are visiting MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND and be addressed to the Thai Embassy or High Commission in the country that you are currently residing or to the nearest one in a neighbouring country.

Yes, at the cloak room outside Hall 98. BITEC charges THB 20 per piece payable by cash only.
