This ureteral access sheath is used for RIRS surgery. It is designed to establish a tract from the urethra to the renal pelvis for the advancement and withdrawal of devices. In addition to the main channel for the ureteroscope and liquid infusion, the Y-shaped sheath adds a bypass channel to reduce visual interference and facilitate stone discharge. It also incorporates an external negative pressure suction mechanism.
