Safety & Hygiene Measures

Our Safety and Hygiene Commitment to you.

All Messe Düsseldorf Asia events will be run in accordance with the necessary safety and hygiene standards and guidelines from the Ministry of Public Health Thailand, Department of Disease Control, Centre for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA), and Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA). Working closely with the venue operator – BITEC, we are committed to maintain these top priorities at all our exhibitions:

HYGIENE, CLEANING & SANITATION

Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting will be conducted before, during and after the events with a focus on high-touch areas (such as door handles), to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Detailed cleaning and disinfecting schedules in public areas such as entrances, restaurants, cafes, food centre, lifts, escalators, restrooms and etc. We will work together with our venue partner, in adherence to prevailing sanitation and hygiene measures.
Face Masks Face Masks is encouraged to be worn during the exhibition. Further items of PPE, such as face shields, gloves, will be used by participants and staff if appropriate, in line with government and health authority advice.
Hand Sanitising and handwashing stations Hand Sanitising and handwashing stations will be made accessible and available around the venue in our efforts to ramp up effective infection protection. Participants will also be encouraged to regularly wash and disinfect their hands.

SAFE DISTANCING

Safety Ambassadors Safety Ambassadors and Messe Düsseldorf Asia staff and security personnel will be assigned in accordance with government requirements, to assist with implementation of and ensure compliance with all safe distancing measures.
Physical distancing Physical distancing of at least 1m is encouraged as well as traffic-flow to each exhibition hall may be implemented to manage crowds.
Contactless registration Contactless registration including the availability of online registration will be utilised where possible for all participants to reduce touchpoints upon entry.
Onsite signage Onsite signage to remind participants to maintain at least 1m distancing and other such safety measures will be communicated pre-event and during the event wherever possible.

Networking without physical contact Networking without physical contact.
Even though you might be delighted at seeing other people again or closing a successful business deal – please minimise shaking hands and physical contact.
No Sneezing “Bless you.” – For the sake of yourself and others, please sneeze or cough into the crook of your arm. Even better, do so while maintaining a distance of at least one metre or turning away from other persons.
